I remember a text from Ian, telling me about a band from West Virginia with the name Left behind. That was shortly before that absolute monster of an album was released back in November 2019. Whereas “Blessed by the burn” was just raw and brutal, this right here is, in my opinion, an absolute master piece. The mix is rough but fat and the tune is nuts.
Also I have no idea what these guys are going through in their lives but it sure is something.
Some reviews by magazines state it’s too dark. Not enough refinded. A lack of writing skills. Whatever.
If you are ready to go down the abyss this is it. For me it is the album of 2019.
