Perseverance was the first release by Hatebreed on a major label, and a logical successor to “Satisfaction is the death of desire”. The sound is great, and to this day I think Jastas best vocal performance. All further releases by them have really strong songs but to me, no album is as complete as this one.
Of course “I will be heard” is a fan favorite but hot damn, “a call for blood” and “Below the bottom” are as diehard as they come *lol*
